Ready to Upgrade from WeComply? Traliant Takes Your Training from Boring to Brilliant!
If you liked WeComply, you’re going to love Traliant
WeComply was founded by David Simon in 1999 and became known as a quality provider of customizable online ethics and compliance training. Mike Pallatta (founder and current CEO of Traliant) joined David at WeComply in 2010. Together they grew the company’s client base and created a legacy of excellent customer service by investing in new courses, hiring great people, and establishing strategic partnerships with companies such as Cornerstone OnDemand and PeopleFluent and with the nationally-respected law firms Proskauer and Bryan Cave.
In August 2013, Thomson Reuters purchased WeComply – and combined it with other compliance training companies that Thomson Reuters had acquired in Europe and Asia. Initially, WeComply was part of the Accelus brand of risk management products. Later on, however, Thomson Reuters dropped that brand name as part of an internal reorganization.
Although WeComply no longer existed as an independent company, there were still (and still are) hundreds, maybe even thousands, of US-based customers that remained on the WeComply platform and courses.
Mike knew that great customer service had been a key factor in WeComply’s success. He also saw that the market was demanding millennial-friendly compliance training. With this in mind, Mike teamed up with Andrew Rawson, another former WeComply executive, and in 2016 they formed Traliant — with the mission of taking compliance training from “Boring to Brilliant.”
By adding interactive videos, easy customization and a fully-integrated Engagement Point system for measuring and encouraging learner engagement, Traliant has revolutionized compliance training. And, Traliant continues to build upon WeComply’s legacy of superior customer service. In fact, several former WeComply associates are on the Traliant team today. So, if you liked WeComply, you’re going to love Traliant!
