Traliant, an innovator in online sexual harassment training and diversity training, today announced a new course for employees and managers on the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The ADA is a federal law that prohibits discrimination against people with disabilities in all aspects of employment, and requires employers to provide reasonable accommodations to qualified applicants and employees. This year marks the 30th anniversary of the ADA.
