We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to add to our team to support the email marketing strategy. This individual will be responsible for the responsive design, implementation, and management of a variety of email marketing campaigns, including; demand-generation, lead-nurturing, customer engagement, e-commerce automated communications and more within our systems.
This new role will support our marketing plan by designing, building, deploying, and analyzing email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to maintain our day-to-day emailing activities while developing new, scalable marketing automation programs and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure continuity in all communications to our customers, prospects, and partners. We are looking for enthusiastic QA Analyst to work with our product and content teams to ensure that our elearning products and services are of the required high standards in terms of content, user experience and technical functionality. You will work as part of a team to develop and deliver industry leading online compliance training products. This role requires a QA Analyst with a strategic approach to QA, plus excellent hands-on abilities.

We’re looking for a high-energy, motivated Business Development Manager for our eLearning products. This individual will work with the CEO to cultivate and build our partner channel. We are a young company whose direct sales has exploded and now need to build our partner channel. In our first 18 months we have added over 600 customers. This position requires a strategic mind to identify the best channel opportunities and strong sales skills to recruit, sign and train partners. The majority of your job will be done over the phone with very little travel required. Sales background coupled with partnership management skills are required. Since you will be the first hire in this group, we need an independent person who can perform well with very little resources available to you. This is a tremendous opportunity to create and implement a vision for our partner strategy. We’re looking for a technically-adept, Sr. Client Services Representative for our eLearning products. This individual will work with the VP of Products to support our current and future customers, via telephone, email, web chat and other social media channels, while providing the best possible customer experience in every interaction. This position requires eLearning development skills coupled with client services skills This is a multi-faceted job that encompasses client implementations, customizations, support and testing functions. Since our recent coverage in the Wall Street Journal and an NPR interview, the demand for our training has soared and we have an immediate need to fill this position. You will work with a broad array of household-name organizations like the US Congress, Hilton Hotels, Amway, and Momofuku.

This position requires great consultative selling skills as our products are readily customized to meet each client’s unique requirements. The majority of sales are done over the phone with little travel required. We generate hundreds of inbound leads each month which require diligent, organized follow up to ensure each prospect receives the highest level of pre-sales support and service.
Experience selling compliance training or eLearning preferred but not required. This position is fully remote.
