We are looking for an instructional designer with extensive design experience. You will build out our eLearning courses. You will have the ability to create courses from scratch, as well as customize existing ones, for clients. This position also requires strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment.Since the recent coverage in the Wall Street Journal and an NPR interview, the demand for our training has soared and we have an immediate need to fill this position with a highly experienced designer that can hit the ground running. You will work with a broad array of household-name organizations including the U.S. Congress, Hilton Hotels, Dominos, and over 1,000 more.

Senior eLearning Technical Support Engineer

Location: Remote

We are looking for a Senior E-Learning Technical Support Engineer to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers. As part of our Client Services team, you will diagnose and troubleshoot e-learning courses and help our staff resolve customer issues.

In this critical role, you will resolve course-related issues, investigate environment impact on problems that arise, work to determine and resolve root causes of errors, problems and issues that arise. You will also work closely with our development and LMS teams to determine appropriate testing processes and to establish the most effective configurations for our products.

Business Partnership Director

Location: Remote

We are looking for a high-energy, out-of-the-box thinker to cultivate a network of business partners to accelerate growth for our eLearning products. Working with our Chief Growth Officer you will build a strategy to identify, secure and manage channel partnerships.  This position requires solid experience partnering with resellers in the LMS, HCM and/or HR consulting or software spaces. Specifically, we are looking for a proven partner development professional that has experience in the eLearning and/or compliance space to continue to build and grow partner revenue generating relationships. Along with strong sales skills to recruit, sign and collaborate in this space we want a person that has been a key player in a mature partner development organization. The majority of your job will be done over the phone with very little travel required. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit and experience selling online HR training this is a terrific opportunity.

The Customer Success Manager is responsible for proactive customer outreach and delivery of superior customer experiences that ensure our customers realize the value from our product. This role will focus on expanding our relationships and annual revenue from our existing client base by increasing user licenses, Recommending additional courses, and ensuring our clients renew their partnership with Traliant.
