The Senior eLearning Technical Support Engineer within our Client Services Organization is responsible for leading our third-level support efforts. The requires troubleshooting our most complex issues with our enterprise-level clients and, after successfully resolving issues at the client level, working with the development team to engineer support-issues out of our course portfolio.
eLearning QA Analyst
We are looking for enthusiastic QA Analyst to work with our product and content teams to ensure that our elearning products and services are of the required high standards in terms of content, user experience and technical functionality. You will work as part of a team to develop and deliver industry leading online compliance training products. This role requires a QA Analyst with a strategic approach to QA, plus excellent hands-on abilities.

We’re looking for a high-energy, motivated Business Development Manager for our eLearning products. This individual will work with the CEO to cultivate and build our partner channel. We are a young company whose direct sales has exploded and now need to build our partner channel. In our first 18 months we have added over 600 customers. This position requires a strategic mind to identify the best channel opportunities and strong sales skills to recruit, sign and train partners. The majority of your job will be done over the phone with very little travel required. Sales background coupled with partnership management skills are required. Since you will be the first hire in this group, we need an independent person who can perform well with very little resources available to you. This is a tremendous opportunity to create and implement a vision for our partner strategy. Since our recent coverage in the Wall Street Journal and an NPR interview, the demand for our training has soared and we have an immediate need to fill this position. This position requires eLearning development skills coupled with client services skills This is a multi-faceted job that encompasses client implementations, customizations, support and testing functions. Since our recent coverage in the Wall Street Journal and an NPR interview, the demand for our training has soared and we have an immediate need to fill this position. We generate hundreds of inbound leads each month which require diligent, organized follow up to ensure each prospect receives the highest level of pre-sales support and service.
Experience selling compliance training or eLearning preferred but not required. This position is fully remote.
