In this hands-on role, you’ll focus on SEO, Paid Search, social media PPC, landing page conversion testing, and online advertising. Sales Operations Manager

We’re looking for a high-energy, motivated Sales Operations Manager to join our successful Sales team. We are a young company that has experienced tremendous growth. In our first two years we have added over 1,000 customers, including organizations such as Hilton Worldwide, US Congress, Amway, La Fitness, and Del Taco. This position requires an analytical mind as well as experience in collecting and reporting on data to support sales and marketing decisions. Extensive experience and knowledge of Salesforce.com will be critical to success in this role. This position will also interact regularly with the Marketing team to generate and monitor lead reports and track campaign success, as well as work with the Accounting team to provide sales reports to reconcile financial data, track renewals, and generate sales commission reports. In addition, the Sales Operations Manager will assist in onboarding new members of the Sales team, ensuring that employees are issued required equipment, technology, and materials as well as receive appropriate training. This position will be primarily a remote role, working from a home office.

Director of e-Learning Content Development

We’re looking for an intelligent, creative Director of Content Development for our eLearning products. This individual will work with the Chief Learning Officer to manage and build our growing course catalog as well as project manage the development and rollout of custom courses for our most important clients. Location: East Hanover, NJ/Remote

We are looking for motivated, creative sales professionals that are looking for their next career move. This position requires great consultative selling skills as our products are readily customized to meet each client’s unique requirements. The majority of sales are done over the phone with little travel required. We generate hundreds of inbound leads each month which require diligent, organized follow up to ensure each prospect receives the highest level of pre-sales support and service.

Experience selling compliance training or eLearning preferred but not required. Sales positions are based out of the East Hanover, NJ location. Purely remote sales positions will be considered for only the most outstanding candidates.
