Our annual Compliance Champion Award recognizes individuals who have made significant contributions to promoting compliance and integrity. These remarkable leaders go beyond training initiatives that check boxes to make a lasting impact across their organizations and culture.
We’re thrilled to introduce this year’s Compliance Champion Award winner and outstanding nominees whose work continues to inspire us and their peers.
Tracy Newsom, Talent Platforms Senior Manager at Rexel USA, stood out for her exceptional leadership in creating a comprehensive and dynamic compliance training program. She helped roll out a curriculum addressing workplace harassment, violence prevention, code of conduct and other mission-critical topics tailored to the needs of Rexel’s workforce. Her efforts have helped cultivate a culture of safety, respect and continuous learning throughout the company.

As a longtime advocate for purposeful training at Grubhub, D’Arcy Andrews has led the charge on initiatives focused on harassment prevention, bystander intervention and ethical conduct. She recently expanded the program to include active shooter preparedness, reinforcing her commitment to equipping employees for real-world challenges.
“D’Arcy’s thoughtful approach and steady dedication make her an exceptional partner,” said Jason Hodge, Customer Success Manager. “Her work continues to elevate what’s possible in compliance education.”
D’Arcy consistently champions meaningful, impactful training. Her deep sense of care for her colleagues has made a lasting impression — not only within her organization but also among the Traliant team.
At the Minnesota Timberwolves, Kayla Bellows, Director of Human Resources, has shaped a training strategy that reflects both innovation and care. She leverages a wide range of tools —including small group coaching, virtual training and handbook services — to ensure every team member gets a personalized and practical learning experience.

Kayla exemplifies what it means to lead with intention. Her commitment to customizing training for her team’s unique needs reflects a dedication to holistic learning that extends well beyond check-the-box compliance.
With a focus on frontline employees in the restaurant industry, Tracy Hardaway, Director of Learning & Development at Avolta, has implemented a suite of programs covering harassment prevention, bystander intervention and workplace violence. Her energy and engagement shine through every initiative.

As Director of HR Operations, Dave Knapp led the global rollout of compliance training at Dr. Martens, including programs on harassment prevention and bystander intervention. His efforts ensured that employees were not only compliant but empowered to handle challenges with confidence and integrity.

Parker Murff, Chief of Staff, COO at Motivate LLC, has developed a comprehensive anti-harassment training framework tailored to diverse audiences — from office staff to field workers. She also champions important topics like inclusivity and unconscious bias, ensuring her team receives both foundational and forward-looking education.

Parker consistently maximizes the value of delivering tailored, classroom-style training that resonates with diverse audiences across job types and learning levels. Her forward-thinking use of Traliant’s resources and unwavering dedication to workplace equity make her a standout leader in compliance and employee development.
Ashley Rathburn, Senior Director of HR Services, Operations & Compliance at Acosta, has led the buildout of an expansive training library that includes employment law fundamentals, anti-trust, harassment prevention and more. Her strategic mindset ensures that each course is relevant, targeted and has a high impact.

Ashley’s ability to align training strategy with business goals, as well as her proactive and collaborative spirit, sets her apart. She champions a vision where education fuels integrity, trust, and long-term organizational strength.
Jordan Weisman, Senior Manager, LXD & Technology at Rivian Automotive, is helping embed compliance into company culture through a full ethics & compliance catalog and targeted harassment prevention programs. His focus on scalability and relevance ensures that learning sticks — and scales.

At the College of American Pathologists (CAP), Carole Widmer, Director of Learning and Development, has been instrumental in developing meaningful, high-integrity training on workplace harassment and anti-bribery/anti-corruption. Her leadership helped CAP pioneer one of Traliant’s first custom course development journeys in 2020.
“Carole is warm, knowledgeable, and always a step ahead,” said Ray Pine, Customer Success Manager. “Her contributions have made a lasting impression — not only on her team but on ours.”
