MANHATTAN BEACH, CA, October 26, 2017 – Traliant, a provider of online compliance training for the modern workforce, today announced significant new customer growth, along with new training courses and an expanded sales team.

The growing customer base for Traliant’s interactive, ethics and compliance training spans a wide range of industries and sectors, including retail, healthcare, manufacturing, hospitality, government and financial services.

To date, Traliant has signed 150 new customers – a 50% increase during the second half of the year – including Florida Medical Clinic, Sun Capital Partners, Perfetti Van Melle and Kitsap Transit.

The company also announced new training courses covering the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Bloodborne Pathogens and Data Privacy and Information Security. These additions to the catalog follow the success of the company’s popular Preventing Discrimination and Harassment Suite (including AB 1825 and AB 2053 training), Code of Conduct and Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption training.

“Our customers’ and their employees’ enthusiasm for our approach to compliance training is driving our growth and momentum,” said Mike Pallatta, Traliant’s Chief Executive Officer.  “The positive feedback reinforces our strategy to create training experiences that motivate employees to make the right decisions when facing complex workplace issues like sexual harassment, bribery and information security.”

Traliant’s continued growth includes:

  • A new HIPAA training course provides professionals who come in contact with protected health information with a thorough understanding of how HIPAA regulations apply to their job responsibilities and workplace.
  • A new Bloodborne Pathogens training course explains basic information to prepare employees to keep themselves and others in the workplace safe from bloodborne pathogens. This 20-minute awareness training is designed for employees who don’t typically have job-related exposure to blood but will benefit from knowing what to do should an unexpected situation arise.
  • A new Data Privacy and Information Security training course focuses on what employees should know and do protect personal and confidential information, and keep information systems secure.
  • An expanded sales team to meet strong customer demand.
