The 25-minute, interactive course provides employees with the knowledge and tools they need to effectively intervene and take action when they witness workplace harassment, discrimination and other misconduct.
What began on college campuses as a tactic to prevent sexual assault, bystander intervention training has emerged in the #MeToo era as one of the most effective ways to stop inappropriate workplace behavior before it rises to the level of illegal harassment and discrimination.
