Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) Integration
An HRIS is typically the system of record for maintaining an organization’s employee information. All additions, modifications, and terminations of users is performed through the HRIS. Using the information in the HRIS to periodically update the Traliant LMS automatically can reduce or eliminate the need for updating user accounts manually in the LMS. The Traliant LMS can also be configured to automate course assignments based on rules.
