Workplace Violence Prevention Training
Preventing workplace violence is the responsibility of all organizations, regardless of the industry or work environment.
Traliant’s Workplace Violence Training is a 25-minute interactive course that educates employees on how to recognize warning signs of workplace violence, report workplace violence concerns, and respond effectively to workplace violence incidents. Learners will follow five main characters through a series of realistic scenarios involving coworkers, intimate partners and third party non-employees in the workplace.

*Traliant’s California Workplace Violence Prevention Training was created to meet the training requirements under the new law, SB 553/California Labor Code Section 6401.9. Because the law requires that training cover in detail each employer’s unique workplace violence plan, the course is easily customizable.
