I'd like to speak to a Traliant Representative about my organization's compliance training.*

Has your organization started developing the workplace violence plan required under California’s new law? By June 30, 2024, virtually all CA employers must implement a compliant plan and provide workplace violence prevention training to employees. Because the required training must cover several elements of the plan, employers need a finalized their plan in order to provide compliant training.

Led by Traliant’s Elissa Rossi, Vice President of Compliance Services and Bailey Whitsitt, Compliance Counsel, the 60-minute webinar will focus on compliance with the California requirements and provide recommendations as to workplace violence prevention for employers nationwide.

    Topics include:

    • Which employers, employees and workplaces are covered by the law
    • What must be included in the required workplace violence prevention plan
    • The steps to creating a compliant plan
