    Has your organization started developing the workplace violence plan required under California’s new law? By June 30, 2024, virtually all CA employers must implement a compliant plan and provide workplace violence prevention training to employees. Because the required training must cover several elements of the plan, employers need a finalized their plan in order to provide compliant training.
