Global Diversity Month, observed in October, is a time for organizations to embrace and celebrate the richness of diversity in the workplace. During this month, companies can take meaningful steps to promote inclusivity, celebrate differences, and foster a work environment that values the unique perspectives and experiences of employees from all backgrounds.
