Inclusive Language Training
Encourage employees to use inclusive language–fostering respectful and effective communication in the workplace.
Words matter at work
Traliant’s Inclusive Language training is a 15-minute TV-style course that helps employees recognize and replace exclusionary language, fostering an environment where everyone feels heard, respected and valued. Through interactive workplace scenarios and practical exercises, learners build communication skills that support a respectful workplace culture and enhance collaboration.
The course begins with adaptive learning questions that assess learners’ existing knowledge. Based on their responses, learners may be able to test out of content they have already mastered and focus on areas where additional learning is needed.
As part of the solution, short, 2-minute video Micro Reels reinforce key response actions year-round, helping employees keep skills top of mind.
This course complies with current laws and DOJ/EEOC guidance, including relevant executive orders. The course reflects existing federal, state, and local laws and is focused on fostering a respectful, inclusive workplace.
