Workplace Health and Safety Training for Canada
Give workers and supervisors the knowledge to recognize workplace hazards and work more safely.
Train. Reinforce. Protect.
Traliant Learning Topics pair foundational, attorney-authored training with reinforcement content, including Micro Reels that keep key concepts fresh throughout the year. Always protected, not more time in training.
Built to Meet Canada's Safety Requirements
Canadian workplace safety requirements vary by jurisdiction, role and exposure to hazardous products. If an incident happens, regulators check whether the people involved were properly trained. Traliant offers three foundational courses built for each group: workers, supervisors and anyone handling hazardous products, so you can deliver the right training and keep a clear, defensible record that it happened.
Featuring realistic workplace scenarios, interactive exercises and quick knowledge checks, Traliant offers foundational training to help you deliver the right training and maintain a documented record of completion. Pre- and post-training questions measure changes in learner confidence.
Three courses:
- Worker Health and Safety Awareness This 30-minute training helps employees understand Canadian workplace safety requirements, responsibilities and rights and meets Ontario’s mandatory worker awareness training requirements.
- Supervisor Health and Safety Awareness Builds on the Worker course above. This 30-minute training prepares supervisors to meet their additional responsibilities for recognizing, assessing and controlling hazards and meets Ontario’s mandatory supervisor awareness training requirements.
- Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) A separate requirement from the two courses above. This 30-minute training teaches employees and supervisors who work with or near hazardous products to understand WHMIS labels and safety data sheets and respond safely to spills and exposures. It also includes a customizable section for adding your own hazardous products, procedures and emergency measures.

What is a Learning Topic?
A Learning Topic is everything you need to cover one subject, like preventing harassment or keeping data safe. It’s more than a single course. It pairs attorney-authored training with reinforcement tools that keep the protection going after the course ends.
How does it work?
The full course meets your requirements, giving a documented, defensible record. Reinforcement tools keep that protection working between annual trainings. Pick your Learning Topic, roll it out, and it keeps working all year.
What’s in a Learning Topic?
Reinforcement tools vary by topic, so each Learning Topic includes the mix that fits its subject.
